Since it’s very close to Memorial Day, we wanted to take a moment to stop, thank, and remember all of our men and women are have served, and are serving in the Armed Forces. We appreciate you, and thank you for your valiant service to our country!
Remember to take time on Monday to stop and pray for those serving now, and to seek out a veteran and thank him/her for their service.
Here are a few pictures from the Home Show:
Well, the 2010 Boone Home Show is over. We had a great time, and look forward to going back next year. I’m working on getting the pictures ready to upload so look for those tomorrow. Thank you to everyone who came out, we hope you had a great time! See you tomorrow!
Howdy-Do everyone! I do hope that you are enjoying your Wednesday. It seems like this week is flying by, it must be because summer weather has finally come to our little corner of the world. Well, after last week’s question we have decided to go with the “A Day in Emmi’s Life” option. So without further adieu, I present a day in my life.
6:30-Â I awake for the morning to run outside and answer nature’s call.
6:35- I come back inside, crawl into my crate, and sleep until 7:00.
7:00- I go with my dad to work, once at work I go to my little bed and sleep.
10:45- I awake from my morning nap to once again answer nature’s call.
10:50- I come back inside, go back to my little bed and sleep.
12:00- I wake up for lunchtime.
12:15- I go back outside to answer nature’s call.
1:00- I come back inside to find what I can get into. It’s a tough job, but someone has to do it.
3:00- I scrounge around some more to see if I might find something delicious to chew on. Something such as a cardboard box, brochure, and various other items. I normally get caught, and the item is replaced with what the humans call a “proper chew toy”.
4:30- I head home with my sister in the back of her car. I love to feel the wind in my ears.
5:30- While the humans eat dinner, I get to eat my dinner too. Last night it was chicken, lamb, and rice, that’s funny, because I feel like I’ve had that ever since I was born.
6:00- My dad takes me out for a run to stretch my legs, and to see if I can find any rabbits.
8:00- I come back into the house, snuggle up with my dad, and watch tv with him. If I’m lucky, he’ll drop a piece of popcorn for me to eat.
9:00-Â I go outside one last time to answer nature’s call.
9:05- I hit my crate and sleep until 6:30 the next morning…
And that is a day in the life of Emmi the Wonderdog!
Hello, everyone! I’m just coming up for a little air. I’m sorry things have been so scarce around here. I was out of town last week, and I’m spending this week getting ready for the High Country Home Show this weekend! We’re super-excited for the home show, and hope to see many of you there!
Emmi will be posting tomorrow instead of Friday, so be sure to check in for that! Hope you all are having a great day, and we’ll see you soon!
Greetings one and all!
I hope you’re having a lovely Tuesday morning. If you follow me on twitter you already know that we’re “singin’ in the rain” over here! How about you? Doing anything fun on this rainy day?
Since the weather is so dreary today we thought it would be fun to have a post where we ask for your input. Ok, so Emmi, the Bloggin’ Beagle is getting ready to write, but she doesn’t know what to write about. That’s where you come in. Out of the following list, what would you like for Emmi to write about? Leave a comment with your favorite topic, and the one with the most votes wins! Ok, here goes:
- A Day in the Life of Emmi
- Emmi’s First Rabbit
- Emmi’s Take on the Fame
- Emmi’s Dreams and Aspirations
Alright, out of those four which one do you want her to write about? Can’t wait to see your answers!
So, for the past two weeks you’ve heard me talk about Maintenance Membership this, Maintenance Membership that, and you may not want a Maintenance Membership. That decision is up to you, but you’re comfort system is still in need of a precision tune up to ensure that everything is in good shape to carry you through the summer. Well, it’s my pleasure to introduce you to our “Spring Tune Ups!” they are a good way to check your system out for a one time fee. We do everything we would do on a maintenance visit, you just don’t have the agreement or the benefits that come with the agreement. So, if you’re wanting to have your system checked out but not wanting to become a maintenance member, this option is perfect for you!
If you’re interested in learning more about scheduling a spring tune up give us a call at 828-264-6625, we would love to talk with you!
Oh friends! It has been so long since I’ve written! What can I say, the life of a star beagle is tiring and busy! Today I’m taking a break from all the mayhem to refresh and recuperate. So I thought I would hop on the blog, and write a little something for you. How have you been? I do hope you’re enjoying the spring weather, I’m looking forward to getting my paws into the soil this summer, it’s one of life’s greatest delights. I will be 6 months old tomorrow I don’t know if they are planning on hosting a celebration for me, but I asked for some “Frosty Paws” ice cream. It’s one of my favorites, and is delicious. You can get it at most grocery stores.
If they do have a celebration for me I will be sure to take pictures so you can join inon the fun too! I also think that it will be a surprise, so you can bet that I’ll act surprised and touched by their thoughtful gesture. I really do have a sweet family.
Well, I must get going. I have to go take a nap in the sunlight, I’m really tired…
