…There was a girl who worked in the HVAC industry. She even wrote a few posts on this blog. Well, one time she told the blog readers that she was going to conduct an interview with her brother, Drew, about the new add-on feature for heat pumps; UV lights. She was super excited about this, and couldn’t wait to sit down and interview her brother. However, what she didn’t know was how incredibly busy her brother would be, and that the interview would have to be put on hold. BUT…never fear, blog readers! This particular girl is planning on taking 10 minutes of her brothers time this weekend (when he’s away from his desk), and interviewing him about UV lights.

With all the excitement of revamping our website and then announcing our Summer of Care program I think I completely forgot to mention a new feature on our website! My deepest apologies
With all of that said, I’m very happy to let you know that you can now request service through our website! All you have to do is click on the link on our front page, fill in the information, hit send, and it’s sent directly to me (Molly). I am able to get the requests at any time during the day since they’re sent to my phone as well. Once I receive the e-mail I will contact you and schedule a service call. It’s really that easy!
So, once again, my deepest apologies for not sharing this sooner, but you know what they say: better late than never!

It must be summertime in the High Country because it seems that there is something fun to do every weekend! There are actually two things to do this weekend!
The first is the Grandfather Mtn. Highland Games in beautiful Banner Elk, NC
The second is Music Fest ‘N Sugar Grove
The Music Fest will feature great musicians and bands such as: Doc Watson, The Kruegger Brothers, The Carolina Chocolate Drops, and Amantha Mill who just so happens to have the one and only Dustin Petrey as their mandolin player!
So, if you’re looking for fun things to do this weekend, you might give these events some thought!
Since we announced our Summer of Care program we’ve had a few questions about how to nominate a family. So, I thought it would be easiest to provide a list format to help make it more understandable.
1. Write a letter about yourself or the family you’re nominating explaining why your nominating yourself or the family. Please provide current information about the family, why they could use the Trane Heat Pump, and give us some background.
2. Send the letter to:

3. Once all the letters of nomination have been received by September 9th, 2011. Our decision panel will take two weeks to read each entry thoroughly and discuss. Once we have selected the recipient we will notify them by September 23rd, 2011.
